Advice on Refurbs

I've found a couple of refurbs on Newegg.
I'm looking for advice on which would be a good buy.
I've looked at the recommended 'Choosing Hardware for Blue Iris' guide and these are all the older I5 3rd gens.

Are any of the above listed: a) a good machine for Blue Iris and b) a good deal?
Should I skip these and look for a different model?

a) it would depend on your load
b) no, they are all terrible deals...third gen i5 systems go for 100-125max...

Thanks for your response. I have 4 cameras I'm planning to install. I *think* they are only 720p cameras. I will keep searching.

How much should I budget for newer gen refurbs?
Does I5 under $200 and I7 under $400 still apply based on the guide?

If not, how much for refurbished:
a) I5 4th gen?
b) I7 4th gen?
c) I5 6th gen?
d) I7 6th gen?

6th and 7th gen i5 should be about 300...i7- 400-500..
if you are running 4 720p cameras or even 1080p cameras you can easily run them on an i5-3rd gen than can be had for about 100..
