bummer that v4 will not get push notifications anymore. There's nothing wrong with the software, all it needs is a cert update. I think it deserves an update just for that....

The BlueIrisSoftware.com SSL certificate seems to have expired today 3/7/2019. Who do we notify? As a result the software cannot check for updates.

This camera happens to be in an unfortunate location. I’m using zones to block out cars themselves but there are a lot of false triggers due to their lights. Any BI tricks that can avoid/reduce triggering in such situations?

Windows probably had some bad drivers out of the box. After windows updates thing seem very stable.

One additional question though fenderman, for Push notifications to work, so I need to open any ports? I suppose pushing traffic from BI to the internet shouldn't need any port forwarding, isn't it?

Happy to report that now even with the GUI on, CPU usage is stable between 20-30%, best of all, the fan doesn't come on!

Also, interesting thing is that even when on home wifi, the app does not connect until I entered my WAN IP, and I haven't forwarded any ports yet.
