Could be a glitch. What is the BI version? Mine is 5.4.7.11 of 6/11/21 and that live view frame only shows up when I double-click to play a clip then goes away when I close that cam window that was opened up to play that clip.

+1^^^ THIS! Inside the cam the incoming POE voltage is fed to a regulator that outputs 12VDC and 5VDC, etc. for the cam's internals. The 12VDC input from the cam's pigtail coaxial connector is tied to the 12VDC output of that regulator but is usually done so with a steering diode that also...

Just to be clear, it takes a pair of those radios for optimum performance and through-put in order to use the proprietary TDMA protocol that @Mike A. referred to. I installed a pair last week, we'll see how it goes...so far so good. You could use just one to connect to non-CPE210 / 2.4GHz...

FWIW, that's a "storage" spec, the "operating" is 0 to 40C; granted that the ambient will be warmer when operating, can't say if it would raise the ambient by 20C and don't know about the OP's NVR operating temp specs either. Heck, I'd give it a shot. :cool:

I understand....I didn't make the connection (sorry for the pun) that such a cam and also linked via 4G would be solar-powered. FWIW, the client radio is about 10.5 watts maximum.

+1^^, especially electrolytics. I sure wouldn't leave it at -20C with no ambient temp control within the storage AND operating range of all the components.
