    I assume you are using a managed Cisco switch, can you get to your switch web page? If the switch is used, you may need delete any leftover VLANs, could be the port that you plugged your computer in is on a different VLAN than the one you used for the cam.

Enter in the same exact string into BI: rtsp://xxxx:xxxx@192.168.1.137:554/live, ensure Send RSTP Keep-alives and Use RTSP/Stream timecode are checked, then press OK button...

    Ok, spankdog is correct, sorry I was on the wrong camera. change to RTSP in pulldown, enter in: yourlogin:yourpassword@192.168.1.137:554/live, then hit the Ok button at bottom and wait, sometimes it takes a few minutes. If all fails, try using VLC program instead
