My own experience was bad. I also saw other people here saying Andy screwed them over.
BTW. This particular model is sold by authorized dealers for $200, with legit warranty and support, Andy sells it for $230 if I remember right. So what's the point?
That's because you got it from Andy who sells gray market, probably no logo too. Who knows if the quality if the same and obviously no warranty or support.
I'd say it's just a 4k version of 5442
here are a few shots to compare
note that I was holding the hik camera in my hands and the jpegs from hik camera are more compressed

Recording to SD card works just fine, I think it's an issue with the Dahua NVR or something else.
I'll also try to record to network share and Synology NAS later

I think the price they ask right now ($250) is too high, I purchased for a bit less and someone mentioned above the authorized dealer price is much lower, at least in UK
Tried to hook it up to my Dahua NVR and it doesn't work quite right. The recording has lots of skipped frames, like if the network bandwidth was not enough.
I maxed out all the settings though.
Will try to record on internal SD instead
you have to use DH_NVR4XXX-4KS2 FW
here is the latest one

He sells unbranded no-logo cameras.
And he's not in this list: Authorized Distributors
And I would NOT recommend him
I'm selling my Dahua setup I bought from him. None of the issues I reported were resolved and some of the questions he simply ignores.
That VPN icon is just Blokada ad blocking, I was connected to internal network via Wi-Fi.
But I'll try to disable the ad blocking and see if it changes anything.
Does this look like your NVR settings?
Do I need to configure anything on the cameras?
