If your camera is IP then I wouldn't recommend a joystick as I found the lag was terrible.
I was shocked to see a bald Eagle here in Houston, along an area called Braes bayou in the Meyerland area, he had a fish in his claws and landed on a pole to eat it. It was great to see.
