Can confirm, just upgraded my DHI-NVR5216-16P-4KS2E (hardware v1.0) using the firmware version: "DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.002.0000000.2.R.220120 " and it seems to have gone smoothly. Shows System Version as: V4.002.0000000.2.R, Build Date: 2022/01/20

Well now it looks to be less confusing? for the NVR5216-16P-4KS2E (hardware v1.0) there is only a single version noted as: "DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.002.0000000.2.R.220120" that came out Feb 15th, 2022. They dont seem to list other variants for the DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2 series.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I just tried powering up the camera again after a couple days and using a different browser (was using Firefox, switched to Edge) and the Device Initialization process came up asking for me to set the password. Looks to be working now.

One of the locations I maintain has a DH-NVR4208-08P running firmware 3.200.0000.8.R from 04-28-2015 and I'm trying to find the latest/last firmware that was released for that model. I can't seem to find a page on the Dahua Wiki pages that lists a firmware for the DH-NVR4208-08P. All I can find...

Latest firmware does state Hardware Version V1.0.

Sorry if it's a tad OT, but does anyone know the last firmware version compatible with the non-4KS2 NVR4208-08P? The one I've got is running a firmware from 04-28-2015 (version 3.200.0000.8.R) and I can't seem to find anything but support for the newer NVR4208-08P-4KS2.
