I have 8 IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV-0280B cameras with 2.820.0000000.0.R,2020-11-14 firmware. I'm looking for newer official firmware.

Is the firmware you provide in this topic - a newer official version, or modded in some way?
If it's modded - what has been changed?

mainly for SMD3.0, and this firmware not work for your cams. It's for the 3 Series.

I don't know what that means. I'm new to these cameras / nvrs and what not.

Is your firmware official one, or modified? Is it newer than 2.820.0000000.0.R,2020-11-14 ?
Is it compatible with IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV-0280B ?

I have no idea what SMD3.0 stands for.

There is "PN" and "NP" ... which should I choose ?
 
Problem is... there are 4 .bin files in the archive, and the README.txt says "HFW52XX,HFW54XX" even though I downloaded the link for IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV ?!?

The files are:
DH_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.820.0000000.5.R.210705.bin ~ 83 MB
firmware.bin ~ 40 MB
General_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MCU_V2.820.0000000.5.R.210705.bin ~ 10 kb

So.... what do I choose ?
