The website we posted is for IPC-HDW5231R-ZE, the IPC-HDW5231R-Z is too old, 6 years old i think ;) , too old cams we don't recommend to upgrade to the latest, easy to brick it if the fw have big time gap.

Too old not really need to update if they are working well, brick a good working camera is a bad choice.

Thanks Looney's great job, always simple showing how the camera is working. This is camera is the best for low light with motorized lens, IR tech. Looney's place is the best place to test out the low light. By the way, looney bought a new car, haha.

If the board broken, no one can fix up it, only have to send to dahua warranty center, the cost will be bit high if change the whole board, even can buy a new camera.
