Maybe just swap between groups every few seconds. That way, for example, you could be 3 groups. Group1, Group2 and Group3. Each group has the 9 cameras you care about and the other 3 you want to monitor every few seconds. Maybe the switching would be glitchy to the eyes though.
I bought one of these for $89 and wrote some code to talk to it over a socket to turn relays on and off. Been working for 3 years now.

What a timely post! One of my PTZ's quite working a few days ago and I screwed around with BI but didn't make any progress. Changing PTZ from Dahua V5 to V4 fixed it right up.

A long shot but try this:
start a CMD window as administrator (windows key, type CMD, choose run as administrator)
type in the command window:
net stop blueiris
sfc /scannow
Thank you all. Ordered one, now I just need to figure out where to mount the camera. Probably wait for warmer weather before running wires, so I have a few months to figure out placement.
