Trouble with Push notifications to specific phone. (Solved)

I'm apparently having a senior moment (actually all afternoon :) ).
Trying to setup Push Notifications to my wife's phone for a specific camera.
We only want the alert to be sent to her phone, and not mine.
For whatever reason, no joy after futzing around with this all afternoon.
I can setup the same alert to my phone, and it works.
But to her's, no joy. Nothing arrives.
Both phones are Pixel 7's with latest Android version.
I have checked permissions on her phone, and they are set the same as my phone.
BI ver 5.8.8.12
I've rebooted the server, rebooted the phone, deleted her phone from BI and re added it.
Idea's appreciated.

This happens to me about once every 18 months (only with my android phones), but forget the previous fix every time. I believe the most consistent fix is un-checking/re-checking the device in Settings -> "Mobile devices" tab (but restarting the computer in-between un-checking and re-checking).

I'm guessing Mrs Looney and you have different BI logins?
If so and yours works fine what happens if you login to BI on her phone and push the alerts to her phone logged in as you and visa versa.
I had sometime similar once and it was a mixture of setting up a new BI profile and checking the groups assigned to each camera as the person.

Ok, so I believe this is solved. I deleted her account info in Blue Iris, and the server in the mobile app on her phone.
Added her back to the account in Blue Iris, and added the server back in the mobile app and have success!
Thanks for the suggestions, they led my old man thinking down a different path.
