Do you know the full name of the app? For the qr retrieval?

Small mishap. I forgot my password and am being told to download an app and scan a qr code to recover. Homer, I can’t locate the app on either the app or android store. What am I missing?

I used a spare monitor to do the initial setup. I have both cameras added and have figured out remote viewing. But here’s something you might find hilarious, I’m not sure it’s actually storing the recording to the HD. If anyone has advice on how confirm this I’d appreciate it.

HDD is already installed. I do not have a ‘monitor’ I do have both Mac and windows laptops. The NVR has a hdmi port which I believe I can connect to my tv and use that as a ‘monitor’

Hey again guys. Again my apologies. Do I power the net and connect it to a router? or Do I power the nvr and connect it to my laptop? In my defence, the instructions jumps from power to setup which is why I’m uncertain. Please advise.

I reset the first device and now my router sees both as does the configuration tool. We’re close but still need advice on how to get both feeds up and running from here and being saved to m laptop.

I did not. And I feel apprehensive saying this as a newb and this being your field, I’m not exactly sure how to do that. As things stand I have both plugged into the router and powered but the router is only registering one.

Hey guys. Got both up and running separately but once both are connected to the router I am only getting a single feed. Also I tried adding both cameras directly to the laptop but no joy. Is there a setting I’m missing? I am using two cameras by the way.

@wittaj You mention internet explorer, specifically. However I can get that version for Mac, only edge. On windows 11 that’s also a problem unless, based on what I’m reading, I go back to w10 which Microsoft won’t allow because they want me on w10. Any advice?
